Dharwad Lok Sabha Constituency: Pralhad Joshi, and Four Others File Nominations Today
Dharwad: Union Minister Pralhad Joshi filed his nomination today as a BJP candidate. Joshi, who has won four times from this constituency, is seeking reelection once again. He submitted four sets of nominations to District Election Officer Divya Prabhu.
He offered prayers at Moorusavirmath, Siddharoodha Mutt, Laxmi Narasimha Temple in Dharwad, and Murugha Math before arriving at the DC office in a procession from Shivaji Circle. Former CMs BS Yediyurappa and Jagadish Shettar, along with MLAs Arvind Bellad, Mahesh Tenginkai, MR Patil, and businessmen Vijay Sankeshwar, Prabhakar Kore, Amrut Desai, and others were present on the occasion.
Nagaraj Shridhar Shet from Rashtriya Jana Sambhavana Samiti, independent candidate Rajashekharayya Kantimath, Shobha Ballari from BSP, and Basavalingappa Bugadi from Uttama Prajakiya Party also filed their nominations today.
